Vista Windows Live Mail users

I've been using Windows Live Mail for some time now. From the beginning I noticed that it was doing some things with Contacts that I did not exactly think were Kosher. Today I decided to get serious and figure it out.

I'm on Vista. I have a Contacts folder under my user name. But that's not the list WLM is using. It imported from there initially, but it's not using that as a storage place. It's created it's own storage location and I'll be damned if I can find it.

My googling in this regard is not working out very well. Does anyone know where the location is?
