Vista will not go to sleep

When I try to get my computer to go to sleep it goes to sleep then wakes immediately. I looked at the event log and it says Wake Source is USB Root Hub

Any ideas on how to fix this? I saw something about usb and sleeping on forums somewhere a few days back but couldn't find it again so sorry if this is already on here somewhere.

I unplugged my IR receiver for my MCE remote and it goes to sleep just fine. I saw on another forum that this was causing problems for him getting his computer to sleep. I would like to be able to leave my remote reciever plugged in though. He said he disabled the IR receiver from Hauppage and left the windows one.

The problem with that is when I go to my device manager I do not have anything from Hauppage or any tv tuner, but I do have an unknown device in a PCI slot. When I open the properties for that device it says the drivers for it are not installed. I used the cd that came with my video card and installed the 150500 device drivers and it said the installation was successful and my hardware should work properly now.

Any ideas?
