Vista: Using EFS to encrypt entire user directory?

Hey all,

I'm already using EFS for a few directories but I would like to expand it's reach to my entire user directory (C:\Users\name) for security and privacy reasons. However I can't find any info about possible complications of encrypting an entire user directory.

Is this a good idea or am I going places I shouldn't be?

I believe it should work fine, although since you're logged in as that user it might have problems encrypting open files like your registry hive.
