Vista doesnt see or recognize my avast home edition software in MS security center and says I dont have one installed. Its installed and up to date . I even reinstalled it. It also says Windwos defender isnt turned on. Idk what that means but its also up to date and turned on. Should I be concerned about these or its ok?

I also tried this fix to no avail

I use both Vista 64 Ultimate and avast home edition and everything works fine here. Did you make a custom install of avast? Like not installing the network shield or the standard shield?

I'm using Windows Ultimate x64 and Avast Home Edition. I had no issues at all.
