Vista Ultimate OEM license transfer

I am a little confused about how licensing works for hardware that comes with an OEM license. Say I have a laptop, and I move it to XP because I don't want to use Vista on it, am I then allowed to use the OEM license from the bottom of the machine on another machine? I am curious, I have one ultimate license already, just wondering if it's worthwhile to get a second.

Edit: I'm a moron. Found the licensing terms online and found out I can't.
