Vista Ultimate License 32bit & 64bit on same PC?

I bought theVista Ultimate Upgrade some time ago (and purchased two Home Premium licenses for $50 each as well). I know my Ultimate box contains the 64bit disk and I would like to dual boot Vista 32bit and 64bit on my gaming rig to play Crysis and other games taking advantage of more than 3GB of memory.

Does my Vista license make it possible to install both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions on the same PC?

Thanks in advance for any help.

According to the retail Vista EULA:

Alternative Versions. The software may include more than one version, such as 32-bit and 64-bit. You may use only one version at one time.

By the literal interpretation of that, I suppose a guy could argue that since the computer is only capable of running one version at a time on the hardware, he could dual-boot both 32 and 64. What would happen in reality if you tried it, I'm not sure, but differing amounts of available RAM could make for different "fingerprints" and give you activation headaches.

Is there any reason you actually need 32-bit Vista in addition to 64-bit, though?

Thanks for the reply. I'll have to determine if all the games I have and want will still run on 64bit. I have had heard there are some issues with the X-Fi drivers and sound in certain games.

The same Ultimate Key you bought will install either 64 bit or 32 bit, but not BOTH on the same machine.
