Vista Ulti CAN'T ADD XP NETWORK PRINTER!

I am trying to add this printer on my network and I can't add it using my vista laptop. I have tried so many solutions already. I keep getting this error and I already checked the spool and services a long with the dependencies. I have added it with another computer using Windows ME.

Connect to Printer

[Main Instruction]
Windows cannot connect to the printer. The server print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler on the server or restart the server machine.

[OK]

I also have added it before using another Vista laptop.
 
Sounds familiar, but I forget the details... have you already installed the printer drivers on the Vista machine, and if so, are they the same version as those installed on the print server?
