Vista to XP transfer speed suddenly slow

Vista to/from my fileserver is suddenly less than a 5th the speed that it used to be. fileserver to/from media center is still normal speed. I rebooted both computers.

Any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot this? Everything else seems like normal speed. Could this be an issue with the switch?
