VISTA timezone vs. Hardware RTC timezone settings? RTC = GMT, SYS = PDT, possible?

Is there any way to tell VISTA I want my system's HARDWARE real time clock to keep time according GMT, but to DISPLAY the system time according to another timezone?

That is the way that UNIX and various other operating systems often work and they have simple options to permit that. I haven't found one for VISTA.

You should also search for Apple's clock utility for Boot Camp. It gets installed on Macs using Boot Camp to load Windows, and corrects the clock problems with Windows.
