Vista / taskbar and the blue circle by the mouse pointer

curious to know if anyone elses mouse cursor when moved over the task bar shows a blue circle going round and round next to it? everywhere else the cursor looks like a cursor and doesnt have the blue circle next to it

I see it, but only when some application is doing something. The blue circle is just the Aero version of the classic hourglass. This is constantly occuring on your taskbar?

yes, it happens only in the taskbar. goes round and round. but doesnt slow it down. or freezes it. i will go to frys and look at their laptops.

i did turn of security center and windows search
