Vista - stoppping adim password request for program

I downloaded the demo and it runs fine but when I run it it asks for the admin password since the publisher is unknown. Why this matters is that I was trying to run it through Steam so others can see when I'm playing. Steam doesn't ask for the password, it just gives an error. Is there a setting somewhere where I can let this particular exe run without it asking for a password?
Another possible fix would be if there was a setting in Steam that I could use to enter the admin password. Maybe add something to the shortcut path.

Well it hasn't be bothering me much. So if I can find a setting to change to just make this work, it's better than turning off UAC. I like having that extra layer. Part of the reason I run most things as user and not under the admin account.

I understand that, sorry for not being clearer on my initial post, but you could disable it just to see if it is causing the problem. If it is the culprit, then you can enable it again and begin configuring access to the program. Otherwise you'd know to look elsewhere for the problem.
