just like that. it was working. then window said that the usb device has malfunctioned. only it was working just a min ago. no changes, didnt drop it.
yes, i have restarted the computer
yes, i turned of the ext. hdd, waited a min then turned it back on
yes, i pluged in the usb to a diff port on the laptop
so what am i missing?
