So here's what happened....

i tried to launch gears of war... the PC then crashed, entered a blue screen and rebooted.
Upon reboot when windows enters the User/password screen it says : "The system cannot find the file specified"

The only option i have is to click ok, the screen flashes and returns me here again.

Any suggestions on what's wrong or how to fix it?
