Vista Start Up (Gone slower)

When I log in now, theres a 15 second delay almost as a few months ago it was 2 second.

I defrag with some third party defrags as my windows vista defrag has stopped (possibly due to registry issues - I never found out) but that doesn't seem to help.

Is there any ideas how I speed this up guys?
