Vista Start Menu - Folders Sort Like XP?

Is there a way to get the Vista Start menu to behave like XP? I know there is the "Classic" start menu, but I don't want that. I mainly want Folders to appear at the top of the Start menu list like it does in XP (and Win2k, ME, 98, 95) when you do a "Sort by Name".

Please don't tell me to move them by hand, because as soon as I do, if I get a decent size list of programs and folders and accidentally hit "Sort by Name" or want it to autosort, it will revert back to folders at the bottom.

Thanks for any constructive assistance.

Right-Click on Taskbar->Properties
Select Start Menu Tab -> Customize
Scroll Down and Check "Sort by Name"

I know how to do that, but it puts the folders at the BOTTOM of the list. I want them at the TOP of the list.
