I have some concerns about the upcoming SP1 for Vista. I have problems with KB938979 as mentioned in the thread here. Will I be able to uninstall that from the service pack if I download the whole thing? It'll be a pita if I have to download the individual fixes just to avoid that 1 problematic update.
 
Any critical fix that is released before a service pack essentually becomes integrated into that service pack. AFAIK, there's no way to pick and choose updates. They become a part of the new OS.
