No I think that is right. It makes you download a new service pack for Visual Studio, not Vista, that fixes a few errors in Visual Studio.

I've seen that error message quite a few times before and always knew what they meant - an update to the VS SP1. But if you read it the wrong way, it does say to get the Vista SP. Good one!!
