Vista, Sleeping, and dual monitors

I have a new laptop that came with Vista Business installed. Hooked up a 2nd monitor and spanned the desktop. The monitor is physically on the left.

When i leave my desk i lock the computer. If the computer falls asleep during this time, when i come back and unlock the workstation the monitor gets reorientated to the right.

I can switch it back, but it happens every single time the computer falls asleep while locked. Its annoying

Has anyone else dealt with this? Or any ideas?
