If I'm viewing a photo in Vista photo viewer, when I resize the window it will flicker black while I'm dragging the edge. Is this normal behavior or a video card/driver problem? I'm using a 7600GS w/ 512MB.
Similarly, whenever the UAC confirmation window pops up, my entire screen will turn black for half a second or so, before it comes back with the UAC window visible and the rest of the screen dimmed. It is not a smooth dimming effect, but an abrupt flicker where the whole screen turns black. Is this normal?
