Vista reported HDD reporting errors but not Seagate

A couple nights ago a pop up from Vista said my Seagate HDD reported errors and may be failing.

I ran Seagate Sea Tools with the short tests and received Pass. The SMART test failed but I don't know offhand if that drive has that capability.

This drive is the secondary drive so it isn't OS critical. I backed up the one partition that was the most important.
Nothing has happened since then.

What do you think?

Maybe just run chkdsk and see how many bad sectors if at all it finds?

I don't know of any modern drives that don't support SMART, so there's probably something wrong if the test failed, so HDTune or something to look directly at the smart data could also help to see if somethings wrong..
