Vista Repair doesn't see install

I am trying to repair .Net Framework 2.0 but when I boot off the Vista DVD and choose Repair it doesn't list my Vista installation BUT if I choose "Load DRivers" it allows me to select the disk my Vista installation is on (SATA). This is on the machine in my sig.

Any ideas?

Have you figured out anything yet? I was unable to repair my install thus requiring a full reinstall. My problem is that I somehow screwed up the MBR and the repair options seem extremely limited, especially considering that it was unable to even see my Vista install, whats up with that?
