does vista allow for incoming RDC connections without locking the local console?

The reason I ask is I'm sick of connecting up to home on my XP machine and realizing the wife/kids are currently logged in and working/palying and I end up lcoking them out.
 
You can have multiple users logged on ala fast user switching but not one person at the console and one in a terminal session. Similar to XP. The big multi-user thing that got added was the ability to fast user switch domain accounts instead of just local.
