I just bough a home premium upgrade dvd and I want to install it on 2 pc's anything i can do ( already know about 1 key per pc) please PM me about that.

Second with upgrade cd can I clean install? I have a xp home dvd

Dont ask how to do it illegally on this forum or you will find yourself on the outside looking in. Mods will ban you lickity split and dont think PMs will protect you. I predict smoke billowing out of your account soon otherwise.

Hahaha. No, you're right, it's not illegal to ask. It's just against the rules of the forum, because what you're asking about is illegal to do.

Does that clear it up for you?

You have one licensed copy. You can install it on one PC. End of story.

A related question. If I'm not mistaken, you can install Vista on one PC, uninstall it, and then reinstall it on another PC with no problems, right?

you will probably need to call microsoft and have them give you a confirmation key, but it only takes 5 min. and yes thats perfectly legal to do.

Legal for the retail versions, but I think it does go against the license agreement for the OEM versions.
