Hey can someone tell me if this is the upgrade or the full version on the disk itself

i know the newegg version is oem but if they are the same thing minus the packaging 120 bucks is a big difference

Its full version but OEM

The CompUSA link is for the full retail version which can legally be transferred to a new computer, an unlimited number of times, as long as it's only on one pc at a time. The OEM versions cannot legally be transferred and must stay on the pc that they're originally installed on. Even though you can install the OEM version on another pc and phone the MS activation reps to acquire a code for the OEM version you are breaking the EULA and committing piracy. In a nutshell you pay more for retail to gain the ability to legally transfer, and you're able to call MS for support.
