Vista question

Is it possible to switch to English if I buy a German Vista? I can do this with Tiger, but not XP.

I once bought a laptop in Italy, but couldn´t switch to English in XP. Now I´m thinking of buying a laptop in Germany.

Can you always turn an Italian, German etc XP and Vista into an English one?

as far as I know from the old days, you can go from English XP install to Italian using MUI, but not the other way
all you have to do is look on the Italian PC to see if you have option to change to english, per control panel/regional settings

However, on new retail purchases of full XP pro with say SP2 with all updates, couldnt say
Vista is another total unknown
