Ok so my computer died the other week and I needed info from my main HD that I could not transfer because I was unaware of its impending fate.

I took the HD out and put it in my secondary computer, in order for it to recognize the drive I had to switch the drive letter to E:.

Now I want to put the drive back into my main PC but with a C: drive already present I cannot assign C: to the drive.

Anyone know a workaround for this, I have paragon HD manager but that is not able to do it either.

Wow I really must say for as much as I hated vista at first it truly is versatile. I just hooked it up and it did all the work on its own, went from it being assigned D: with a 750i chipset to a P35 chipset and it re assigned itself C:, I just went into safemode and let it run its mojo, rebooted and voila I am back in buisiness!
