Vista pc benchmarks

Isnt there a prg or site that assignes a numeric value on your pc concerning its abitily to run Vista?I have the up grade advisor,but I thought I saw where a poster said his pc went from a 3 to a 5.9?

It's the WinSAT benchmark which is integrated into Windows Vista. You need the operating system installed in order to determine the score.
