vista, opteron, x1950pro and error 43 club

Received my complimentary copy of Vista Business [32 bit] version today and figured I take it for a test drive. Ahh...memories of beta testing and when RTM Xp was released - beta drivers galore and you'd be lucky if anything worked.

However, just wondering if anyone else has had success with getting an AGP ATI x1950pro card to work without having to disable the dual-core feature of an opteron? Else, I get an error code 43 and can't run any games

i've run into this same issue, there is no fix for it currently.
