Vista only recognizes 1 of my CPUs

I have had my 2 actual Xeon 2.4ghz CPUs installed for a while now, working fine in XP, but when I upgraded to Vista recently, I'm having an issue.

The device manager see's 2 CPUs (or 4 if I have hyperthreading turned on), but task manager and the Windows Experience Index and even msconfig only show 1 CPU.

So something is not getting the 2nd CPU recognized in Vista.

Any ideas what I can do?

Ahh not an option for me, why would I want that? I'm using it as a home PC, with media center etc...thanks for the great input however!!

Because home doesn't support multiple cpu sockets. You need business or ultimate.
