Vista old vs Vista SP1

If this has been asked and answered I apologize. I'm going to up grade to Vista Home Premium. There is a price dirrerence between old Vista as compared to SP1 versions. Is there any difference in the installed program after SP1 is downloaded and installed? Is it worth while buying Vista SP1 at a higher price?

They are the same, the price difference it weird. Now, if you have 4gig on the MB, it might be easier to get the SP1 disk in case you have one of the MB's the original couldnt install on with 4gb or more already on board...
