Vista and Office 2007 will be released on 11/30/06 to business customers with software assurance licenses and it will be GA to consumers on 1/30/07. Not that I'm sure it won't trickle down from various sources as soon as it's released (if not before) to businesses it still sucks the common man has to wait 2 months to get his hands on it.
 
That's business availablity, not RTM or general availability. Guess I misunderstood the original post.
