Sorry I can't help there, I don't really use Vista or nVidia's RAID crap.

Are you doing a fresh install from booting the dvd or upgrading from an xp desktop?

If you are upgrading, you have to download the new drivers and tell Vista to use them before you install. It's quite easy, I just did it. Sorry though i forgot the exact directions.

What board do you have? If your RAID controller runs on legacy NVRAID mode only, you might need to get some modded drivers to get it working.

nForce4 only supports SATA RAID. the drivers are native in Vista..no need to <F-6>.
Also, most MOBOs only support SATA RAID. See your owners manual or let us kmow what MOBO you have...then maybe you'll get some help.
