Vista "My Documents" question?

I have 2 accounts on my pc... And have "My Documents" configured for both to be on my 2nd drive D:\...

So one is:

D:\Travis' Documents

and the other is

D:\Missa's Documents

...

Okay, now that I've configured My Document locations to those... when I view my D:\ drive, it shows TWO folders of "Documents"...

Ex;

D:
Documents (instead of Missa's Documents)
Documents (instead of Travis' Documents)
PC Restore

Makes it a pain in the butt to remember which are my documents, and which are hers... how can I fix this?
