Vista MCE Station Guide, All shows off by one hour

I am running Vista Ultimate, and I have a Hauppauge HD PCI tuner. The MCE program guide shows each show as being one hour earlier than it actually is. For example, Masterpiece Theater is on MPT from 9-10:30, and MCE shows it as being on from 8-9:30. The problem is not confined to MPT, it is all my stations. I have checked my system clock and applied all Windows updates.

From what you are saying the problem is not at your end. Rather, the clock at whoever provides
the Listings is not set properly. Do they have a place to send complaints or call ? ?

I'm not sure where to begin. Should I contact MS?

I figured that something such as this would happen with the time change.
Was wondering about this myself, as I picked up a Hauppauge HVR-1600, but haven't installed it yet.

I have not experienced this problem. Are you sure you have your timezone information set correctly?

Yes, I have the time zone set correctly and the time (I just triple checked them). In any case, they really shouldn't matter, because it is the guide that is off. For example, if something starts at 9PM, the guide lists it as 8PM. So, it never correctly displays what is showing, and you cannot rely on the guide to schedule recordings for programs or series.

It really would matter...if say you set CST but lived in EST. So it was at least a valid question.
