I am thinking about purchasing a tuner card for my computer (Windows Vista Ultimate w/ MC) but i have a few questions:

If my computer is in S3 sleep state, will it wake when a schedualed recording is about to come on?

What happens if I want to record a HD OTA show? Will I be able to burn HD and SD shows to DVD to watch on my TV?

I think so, but I haven't done that myself. My MC box stays on 24/7 in my office and I just use extenders to access it.
