Vista key problem

I just did a windows update for my sata controller in windows vista and after rebooting and redecting my hard drive it says that I have to re-activate due to a hardware change. I tried to re-activate but it says my cd key is already in use. I only have 3 days to fix this now. What can I do? It's a valid vista business key. I'm not using any hacks, etc.

I ended up calling and they gave me a new number. I didn't realize it was that easy.
 
Since this is more of an Operating Systems topic, it's being transplanted from Windows/PC Software over to OS. Good to see it's already resolved. 🙂
