Vista input language

I know how to install languages. Not only did I do it successfully on many occasions using XP, but I can also get my Vista 64 Premium to change to Russian or French input. But I the input for both Japanese and Korean provide English keyboards. I got my OS in Korea, but it's an English version. I don't know Korean really, but since I live here and I like shopping online, having the ability to input Korean characters is really important. Microsoft's customer service is nonexistent because the OS is OEM, not to mention other issues (being in Korea doesn't help - the customer service people keep telling me to go to a Korean language website for assistance, which of course I cannot read). This is a real pain in the @ss. Does anyone have advice?
