vista: inactivity -> user screen

i have multiple users on a Vista machine

i believe the default behavior for Vista is to return to the User screen (where you choose which user you want to be) after a certain period of inactivity. if a certain User requires a password, you must reenter that password to continue your inactive session

at some point, i turned this off temporarily, but for the life of me i can't figure out how to turn it back on...
