Anyone know if it has the same downgraded user and group control as XP Home edition does as compared to the Vista Ultimate edition?
 
Vista ultimate i believe just gets you more business features than Home Premium. Im running vista ultimate via dual boot, dont even use half the features as it is now...

check M$ site for exact specifications
 
I managed to find this on the MS site but it seems to contradict itself.

Add a user account to a group
Applies to all editions of Windows Vista.

But then further down it implies that like the Home version of XP you cannot have the same control over users and groups as you can in the Ultimate version. 🙁
