Vista home good enough?

I'd like to upgrade my secondary comp to 64 bit os, but all I find on sale is the home edition of vista putting it at 1/2 or more off the price of the buis or ultimate upgrade versions.

My main rig is running buisness version and this one is just for moderate gaming and web use. Would I be missing out on any important features even on such a limited use comp by getting the cheaper version?
 
Home Premium is nice. I have that on my laptop, and Business on my desktop. I have a mild preference for Business since it has more tools(that I don't really use), and I use mostly non MS apps for media and such, but I'd be happy with either, and wouldn't pay more than $10 extra for Business.
