vista home basic vs. vista business vs. XP Pro

Hi guy, i'm about to order a Lenovo X61s. Base it comes with vista home basic and it's about an extra 60 bucks for the other two OS. I'm just going to be using it as a portable thin client ( Office apps, internet, email).

I was wondering if Home Basic is ok? Or should I get the upgrade? I've been using XP but I have been reading the threads about Vista. I'm not making any judgement calls since I will not be playing any games at all. Maybe some emulators or something I dunno.
