Vista Home Basic keeps sniffing out neighbor's network

Laptop I am using came with Vista Home Basic. I never would have spent money on Vista itself. 😛

When I first got it, it used to connect to the 'Net automatically at start-up, via the neighbor's unsecured network. I got it to quit doing that, but now it has started doing it again for some unknown reason.

I don't remember exactly what I did last time to fix it.
