Vista free virus scanner? ?? ?

I search a bit cant seem to find one that is free ... i liked avg for a long time but it doenst seem to work


any recommend?

Avast Home version is free and works with all versions of Vista including x64.

AVG works fine for me (32-bit Vista Business).
Make sure you install the latest version.

Not yet. It's due to be released in April though. That's my anti virus of choice. I'm currently using AVG on my Vista box, but I'll be switching back to Antivir when it has Vista compatibility.

hmmm i tried on a HP upgraded to vista and it doesnt seem to work i will try on my box cause i am nto liking this avast to much

I use AOL Active Virus Shield on my Windows XP box and it is Vista-free.
