Vista folder sizes

So I recently got to wondering why my main HD array was so full....I looked at my drive using space monger, and I find that my windows folder is 50 GB by itself - 20 GB for sys32, and 20 GB for Syswow64...

I'm running VIsta 64bit - been running it about 2 months now...but I have no CLUE why my folder sizes should be so incredibly huge....there's no abnormally large files present.

This normal? Anyone have any insight...or is a fresh install and then carefully watching my folder sizes in order?

Thanks!
