Vista File System Queries

I have Vista Home Premium
1. When I highlight some .exe programs , and open the properties window for the .exe , it does not give me the Compatability , Security or Details tabs .
2. Certain files on a DVD , when I try to remove the Read Only attribute , it returns immediately after , and I can't thus delete them .
Thanks .

You have to select single files for those tabs to appear. Yes it's stupid, and I believe its a bug but I havent bugged it personally yet.

And besides that, the checkbox doesn't really do anything. It stays checked by design on basically all files.
