UAC has been disabled since the installation of Vista Ultimate about a month ago.
My hardrives were used in Windows XP previously however I am not having issues with older files already on the hardrive.
I can create a new folder either on C: or my Storage drive and than when I go to move them and try to delete them I have no permission to do so. The odd thing is that I can go inside the folders and delete the contents and than back out and delete the folder just fine. I am the owner of the Storage Drive and even changing files to where I am the owner does not solve the issue. It is a default Vista user.
