Hi all,

I just discovered that Vista apparently has the ability to offer Remote Assitance without a domain using computer name or IP address. Needless to say this has me very excited. Except that I can't get it to work. :(

The included help information isn't very useful so I'll tell you what I have done.

1. Set firewall back to defaults allowing IPv6 related rules.
2. Enabled IPv6 on the network adapters for both computers.
3. Then disabled the firewall.
4. Connected to "Novice" computer using "Novice" administrator account.

The help did mention something about a Teredo service but I couldn't find such a thing.

Can anyone shed any light on this? It still pops up saying that there was an error and to check with the system administrator.

Thanks!
