Vista Dual Boot

Hey if i have 3 hard drives set up like this

Vista on Raptor 150 gig
Xp on 250 gig drive
Storage on 320 gig drive

If i were to get a new case and not put the sata cord in the same sata ports they were in when i installed everything that wont mess up anything will it ie Vista will still handle the the boot up and ask me which do i want to boot in?
