Vista Download

I am out of town and forgot to bring with me my CD to install Vista. Is there anywhere I can do a direct download of the disk image of a vista install? I have keys so I do not want a hacked version. I want the legit version.

You can find clean ISOs on various torrent sites as well.

I want a direct download so I can get the fastest download since I am only on a 50kbps connection.

If you have usenet access you should be able to find it on there. A Vista iso is around 3.5GB (4.5 for x64) so I doubt you will find a direct download on the web.

Wouldn't you prefer a torrent if you're on a slow connection? Odds are even a relatively poorly seeded torrent would max out a 50k connection. As opposed to risking a direct download being interrupted in the middle.

edit: even if you were fully utilizing your connection and getting a constant 50kbps, downloading the Vista DVD image would take over 5 days.

The Vista DVD image I am currently downloading is only 2.49GB, so a little over a day for me.
