Vista: CTRL + ALT + DEL

I don't know how to change that but CTRL-Shift-ESC goes directly to the task manager.
 
You can right click on the task bar and select task manager, or you can type 'taskmgr' into the start menu search bar. That's the only other ways I know that's easy.
